How far does this illuminate the road ahead in pitch black conditions?
The light beam can illuminate the front up to a distance of 25 meters in pitch black conditions, which is much farther than old running light
How can I tell how much of a charge is left before I leave? I don't want to go dark during a run.

Will this work for cycling in the trails?
The angle is adjustable, but the further you see ahead, the less you see immediately in front of you. Works really well for running, cycling might be a little too fast.
Can this running light go in water?
The light is rated with IPX-5, which is water-resistant. Although it can take water splashes in every direction, the same cannot be submerged underwater.
